Inside the exercise
Investigation and crisis simulation
Participants receive a company history, internal accounts, public commentary and emerging journalist questions. Each update changes what an outsider could conclude. Teams build a chronology, test competing interpretations and decide what the organisation should do.
Work through a fictional scenario with a facilitator, compare decisions and examine their consequences in the debrief.
Look through different eyes
Consider what an employee, customer, journalist or hostile actor could connect. Identify a credible concern, an unsupported allegation and the evidence needed to tell them apart.
Find the emerging story
Build a timeline and test the strongest competing accounts. Identify the development that could turn several isolated concerns into a wider crisis.
Make the situation better
Propose a substantive corrective action, a proportionate explanation and signals to watch next. Look for changes that leave the organisation stronger after the challenge.
