    Briefings separate new findings, open questions and recommended action. A change in risk can trigger a scoped enquiry or specialist support.

  4. Review the coverage

    The mandate is reviewed with you. New countries, people or substantial assignments are discussed before changing the scope or cost.

Black Card retainers are quoted monthly in US dollars (USD). Training and UK speaking fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). The invoicing currency is confirmed in your agreement; these are not currency-converted equivalents. Final scope, staff allocation, reporting frequency, response commitments, included capacity, travel, third-party costs and applicable taxes are agreed in writing. Coverage is configured around your needs and offered by consultation.
